That's why I'm excited to invite you to join the Coaching Mastery Lab - an exclusive, hands-on community designed to help us refine and expand our coaching skills together.
Led by myself this lab will provide a structured, supportive environment for us to:
Engage in bi-weekly 2-hour coaching lab
30 mins: Discuss and deep dive into key coaching concepts following ICF guidelines and techniques we learned in ICA Training.
60 mins: Practice our skills through structured peer coaching sessions
30 mins: Share feedback, insights, and address any lingering questions
Build accountability partnerships to stay on track with our professional development goals
Access curated resources, tools, and training to continuously elevate our coaching abilities
Connect with a tight-knit community of driven coaches committed to lifting each other up
