Program Structure and Details
Pre-Work Preparation: Begin with two guided online self-assessments and a comprehensive coaching intake profile. These preparatory exercises will help clarify your starting point and goals, ensuring our coaching is personalized to your needs from day one.
Discovery & Goal-Setting Sessions: Kick off the engagement with initial one-on-one sessions to explore the coaching process and establish our partnership. We’ll review your intake profile, define clear coaching goals, and agree on a roadmap that aligns with your vision of success.
Bi-Weekly Coaching (12 Months): Engage in two 1-hour coaching sessions per month over the course of a year (24 sessions total, for 26 coaching hours including initial sessions). In these focused sessions, we tackle your current challenges, celebrate wins, and implement strategies to keep you moving toward your goals. Each meeting provides guidance, feedback, and accountability tailored to your progress.
Integrated Assessments & Exercises: Benefit from additional leadership assessments and practical exercises integrated throughout the program. We will incorporate these tools and discuss the results during coaching sessions—deepening your self-awareness and aligning development activities with your targeted objectives.
Quarterly Progress Reviews: Every quarter, we’ll step back to evaluate your growth and celebrate your accomplishments. In these evaluation sessions, we assess coaching milestones, highlight improvements, and recalibrate your action plan as needed.
