Lead with confidence. Learn to give and receive feedback and hold effective 1‑on‑1s, so your team knows what’s expected and feels supported.

Programme structure & curriculum
Duration: 6 months
Group size: 8–10 participants
Session cadence: Bi‑weekly 90‑minute group calls plus one 30‑minute 1‑on‑1 check‑in each month.
Assessments: Kickoff includes a leadership‑style assessment (DiSC or Gallup Strengths) and an intake profile to set personalised goals.

Foundations of Leadership – Understanding the difference between managing and leading; clarifying your leadership style.
Communication & Feedback – Techniques for active listening, feedback conversations and building trust.
Delegation & Time Management – Tools for prioritisation, task delegation and managing up.
Motivation & Engagement – Strategies to motivate diverse teams and drive engagement.
Conflict Resolution & Difficult Conversations – Frameworks to address friction, navigate disagreement and resolve issues.
Strategic Thinking & Career Planning – Aligning team goals with organisational objectives, building your leadership brand and planning your next steps.
