Duration: 6 months
Group size: 6–8 participants (small, intimate cohort)
Session cadence: Monthly 2‑hour group mastermind sessions plus a 45‑minute individual coaching call every second month.
Assessments: Start with a DiSC or MBTI assessment; mid‑programme complete a Gallup Strengths profile.
